01What this covers

This explains what Mavro collects when you use this website, why, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

02What we collect

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order and to look after you.

• Your email address and, if you give it, your name
• Body measurements, for you and for anyone you order for
• Delivery and home visit addresses and phone numbers
• What you order, and messages and photographs you send to our stylists
• Photographs of fabric you hand to us, taken at collection
• Technical details your browser sends, such as its type and your approximate location from your IP address

03Payments

Card and bank payments are handled by Paystack. We never see or store your card number. For crypto payments we store the address we gave you and the transaction, which is public on its network.

04How we use it

We use your information to:

• Make, alter and deliver what you order
• Arrange home visits and calls you ask for
• Email you about your order at each step, and reply to your messages
• Keep accounts, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations

05Measurements for other people

When you order for someone else, we ask them for their measurements through a private link. Those measurements are saved to your account so you can order for them again. Please make sure they are happy for you to hold them, and remove the profile if they ask.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with those who help us serve you, and only what each needs:

• Courier partners, to deliver your order
• Paystack, to take payment
• Our email, hosting, storage and video call providers, who process data on our instructions
• Authorities, where the law requires it

07Cookies and alerts

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's storage to remember your bag and your choices. We do not use advertising cookies. Notifications are sent only to devices where you turned them on, and you can turn them off in your browser at any time.

08How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. Measurement profiles stay until you delete them. Conversations with our stylists are kept so that we can pick up where we left off; ask us and we will delete them.

09Your choices

You can see and change your measurement profiles in your account at any time. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete your account and what we hold, by writing to hello@wearmavro.com. We will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

10Changes

If we change how we handle your information in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell you by email.
