Mavro Atelier Fashion House

Mavro is a Nigerian menswear house in Lagos. We make kaftans, agbadas, senator sets and tailoring for men who want their clothes made for them and brought to them.

Our founder

Mavro was founded by Prince Sunday, on two convictions: that a man's clothes should be made well enough to keep, and that getting them should cost him no time at all.

Those two ideas, quality and convenience, decide everything in the house. They are why nothing leaves us that was not cut for the person wearing it, and why the measuring, the fabric and the delivery all happen at your door.

Today Mavro Atelier Fashion House is a registered Nigerian fashion house with its atelier at 9 Idowu Street, Akoka, Lagos, serving clients across the country.

What we stand on

Quality

Cloth chosen by hand, cut by experienced tailors and finished to be worn for years. Every piece we make comes with its own certificate of making.

Convenience

We come to you. A tailor measures you at home, a stylist is a message or a call away, and the finished piece is delivered to your door anywhere in Nigeria.

Restraint

Small drops, numbered editions and nothing made until it is ordered. We would rather make fewer pieces and make each one properly.

The house

The shop

Small drops, each piece made to the measurements of the man who orders it, with accessories chosen to finish the look.

Tailoring

A brochure of house styles, your choice of cloth and details, or bring a picture of what you have in mind and we make it.

The stylists

Advice with every order, by message or on video, and private styling sessions for the wardrobe you already own.

Aftercare

Alterations and repairs on anything we have made, arranged from your order page and collected from you.
